Stavros came to my home and inspected it, and what I got was a real, honest assessment of what needed to be spruced up in order to command a top price for the unit. He looked at the home through a buyer’s eye, something I needed and appreciated. He then conducted an efficient, targeted search of the relevant comparables in my neighborhood and advised me to list my property for 20% higher than I originally intended to. He then proceeded to personally take amazing photographs of my unit that really showed off the positive attributes of the home. He handled everything from start to finish. He made me feel like I was his one and only client by responding quickly to any calls or emails and I was never left wondering what was going on. The end result was that the condo sold quicker than I ever would have imagined, netting me an additional 20% return on the sale! I would absolutely recommend Stavros to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

★★★★★,I cannot say enough nice things about Stavros. I was looking for a studio/1 bedroom apartment in Miami which proved to be a very difficult task. After working with 2 realtors with no success, I came across Stavros who was able to find me the place I am moving into. I was really struck by his efficiency (which is greatly appreciated in this Miami real estate market). He responded to my emails instantly and arranged apartment viewings in an organized manner. I also loved his honesty; he was the first to point out the pluses and minuses of apartments. Stavros is thoughtful; he knew how stressed out I was about finding my apartment (I had less than 2 weeks until my move out date to find one) and he was checking in with me constantly, updating me on the process, new listings and such. His interpersonal skills are exceptional; he was very respectful with everyone he interacted with, which facilitated the process of dealing with the landlord, the listing agent, etc. Overall, Stavros made this chaotic process as easy as possible. ★★★★★,Taking the plunge and deciding to find a condo in Miami Beach was a daunting task, especially since we were remote, and doing most everything sight-unseen. However, working with Stavros made the entire process a breeze. From the start, he took the time to find out exactly what we wanted, gave us really great advice on what to look for and what to avoid, and set up custom searches for us in his real estate portal. When we were in town on a few occasions, he drove us around and walked us through several neighborhoods, just so we could get a feeling of the different areas around Miami Beach. From there, every time we saw something of interest in the real estate portal, he immediately contacted the listing agent to get more information. Without his guidance, we definitely would have made some mis-steps, and not be as thrilled as we are with our new place. He did an excellent job of detailing out what we needed to prepare, questions to ask, following up with the listing agent, documenting everything, and making sure we were covered with every aspect of the process. He’s an excellent resource of information for everything related to the island; where to eat, where to go out, shopping, avoiding traffic, local attractions, day trip excursions, you name it. I now feel right at home in Miami Beach, thanks to Stavros. He’s more than just a Realtor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

In addition, he’s very honest and will always let you know the negatives of a place, as well as the positives. Stavros is always looking out for his clients’ best interests – when things went pretty badly during my search (due to other terrible realtors in the Miami area), Stavros worked extremely hard to make sure I didn’t lose the condo I had signed the lease on. Even when I thought I was going to lose my condo and would not be able to come down till Miami until my move-in day, I trusted Stavros to find a condo for me as I was confident he knew what I wanted and would find a good place. Between what I saw while apartment hunting and what I’ve heard from friends down here, a lot of Miami realtors are horrifying, but Stavros is way above the rest of them.
