★★★★★,Stavros is different from any agent you will find in Miami Beach. Not only is he knowledgeable about the market and the area, but he is incredibly responsive. I would send him questions about places and he would respond within minutes. When looking at places, he would objectively help me weigh out the pros and cons of each place, very quickly learning my style and what I was looking for in a condo. He persistently tracked down listing agents who would not contact him back, helping to ensure I could see every place in which I expressed interest. When it came time for negotiation, Stavros helped me get a fantastic deal by devising strategies to make my offer seem more appealing. I would highly recommend Stavros to anyone looking to buy or rent in Miami Beach.

After working with 2 realtors with no success, I came across Stavros who was able to find me the place I am moving into. I was really struck by his efficiency (which is greatly appreciated in this Miami real estate market). He responded to my emails instantly and arranged apartment viewings in an organized manner. I also loved his honesty; he was the first to point out the pluses and minuses of apartments. So I turned to licensed realtor in order to feel safe about the transaction. I couldn’t have been luckier to find Stavros. I was looking for a 3 month lease but the way he treated me, you’d think I was buying a multi-million dollar home! He was incredibly responsive to my emails, calls, and texts, day or night. He made time to spend an entire day with my wife and I (on OUR schedule) looking at multiple units. ★★★★★,I can’t say enough about the service I received from Stavros. Before consulting him I thought I’d be lucky just to break even on the sale of my unit. Stavros came to my home and inspected it, and what I got was a real, honest assessment of what needed to be spruced up in order to command a top price for the unit. He looked at the home through a buyer’s eye, something I needed and appreciated. He then conducted an efficient, targeted search of the relevant comparables in my neighborhood and advised me to list my property for 20% higher than I originally intended to. He then proceeded to personally take amazing photographs of my unit that really showed off the positive attributes of the home. He handled everything from start to finish. He made me feel like I was his one and only client by responding quickly to any calls or emails and I was never left wondering what was going on. The end result was that the condo sold quicker than I ever would have imagined, netting me an additional 20% return on the sale! I would absolutely recommend Stavros to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Because he was out of town during the short window that I had available to view the properties, he connected me to his associate Ana who was fantastic! The first condo that we looked at was a winner and Ana had the lease negotiated very quickly. ★★★★★,Stavros is a really great and hard-working realtor in Miami. He’s always quick to respond to phone calls and texts and he knows the area very well. In addition, he’s very honest and will always let you know the negatives of a place, as well as the positives. Stavros is always looking out for his clients’ best interests – when things went pretty badly during my search (due to other terrible realtors in the Miami area), Stavros worked extremely hard to make sure I didn’t lose the condo I had signed the lease on. Even when I thought I was going to lose my condo and would not be able to come down till Miami until my move-in day, I trusted Stavros to find a condo for me as I was confident he knew what I wanted and would find a good place. Between what I saw while apartment hunting and what I’ve heard from friends down here, a lot of Miami realtors are horrifying, but Stavros is way above the rest of them.

He also protected me from some common pitfalls by managing the acquisition process making sure everything was checked out and no monies were sent until everything was in order.
