Stavros was a pleasure to work with! He was our realtor when my husband and I moved recently from New York City to Miami. He is incredibly professional and responsive. He always answered my emails and texts promptly and was patient with my nonstop questions. He helped us find an apartment that we love and made a stressful move so much easier. I definitely recommend him!

Stavros did a great job helping me find a place in South Beach. His local knowledge helped screen locations and places that I would have never known so much detail about to make an informed decision for where I really wanted to be. He also protected me from some common pitfalls by managing the acquisition process making sure everything was checked out and no monies were sent until everything was in order. He has also been readily available for follow ups when I had questions after moving in. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a place in South Florida.

I began the process of trying to find a short-term apartment in Miami by using Craigslist. Turns out it was FULL of scams! So I turned to licensed realtor in order to feel safe about the transaction. I couldn't have been luckier to find Stavros. I was looking for a 3 month lease but the way he treated me, you'd think I was buying a multi-million dollar home! He was incredibly responsive to my emails, calls, and texts, day or night. He made time to spend an entire day with my wife and I (on OUR schedule) looking at multiple units. We had numerous hiccups with apartments that fell through for various reasons but he never gave up or let us become frustrated. Stavros' knowledge of the Miami market was extensive, which was invaluable to us as we knew next to nothing going in. We now have an amazing apartment in our preferred neighborhood and couldn't be happier! Do yourself a favor and let a true professional help you, whether you're renting or buying.

I can't recommend Stavros highly enough. I relocated from LA to Miami with a short timeline. He quickly found a group of properties for rent that met my search criteria. Because he was out of town during the short window that I had available to view the properties, he connected me to his associate Ana who was fantastic!  The first condo that we looked at was a winner and Ana had the lease negotiated very quickly. Ana was also incredibly knowledgeable about the market trends and very helpful with all of my questions about the area. Stavros, I'll be back in touch when I'm ready to buy!

Taking the plunge and deciding to find a condo in Miami Beach was a daunting task, especially since we were remote, and doing most everything sight-unseen. However, working with Stavros made the entire process a breeze. From the start, he took the time to find out exactly what we wanted, gave us really great advice on what to look for and what to avoid, and set up custom searches for us in his real estate portal. When we were in town on a few occasions, he drove us around and walked us through several neighborhoods, just so we could get a feeling of the different areas around Miami Beach. From there, every time we saw something of interest in the real estate portal, he immediately contacted the listing agent to get more information. Without his guidance, we definitely would have made some mis-steps, and not be as thrilled as we are with our new place. He did an excellent job of detailing out what we needed to prepare, questions to ask, following up with the listing agent, documenting everything, and making sure we were covered with every aspect of the process. He’s an excellent resource of information for everything related to the island; where to eat, where to go out, shopping, avoiding traffic, local attractions, day trip excursions, you name it. I now feel right at home in Miami Beach, thanks to Stavros. He’s more than just a Realtor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Stavros has a great mix of knowledge and expertise of area real estate. He is honest and trustworthy. He is a very proactive person and did everything in his power to get us the highest price possible for our condo and we were very excited of the turn around time. We were able to put our home on the market on a Wednesday in July 2014 and had 3 offers after 2 days. All prospective buyers were impressed by the photos. He was extremely helpful in making this process go very smoothly. We would use him again if we were to sell or buy a home.

I cannot say enough nice things about Stavros. I was looking for a studio/1 bedroom apartment in Miami which proved to be a very difficult task. After working with 2 realtors with no success, I came across Stavros who was able to find me the place I am moving into. I was really struck by his efficiency (which is greatly appreciated in this Miami real estate market). He responded to my emails instantly and arranged apartment viewings in an organized manner. I also loved his honesty; he was the first to point out the pluses and minuses of apartments. Stavros is thoughtful; he knew how stressed out I was about finding my apartment (I had less than 2 weeks until my move out date to find one) and he was checking in with me constantly, updating me on the process, new listings and such. His interpersonal skills are exceptional; he was very respectful with everyone he interacted with, which facilitated the process of dealing with the landlord, the listing agent, etc. Overall, Stavros made this chaotic process as easy as possible. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to move. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Stavros.  Before consulting him I thought I’d be lucky just to break even on the sale of my unit. Stavros came to my home and inspected it, and what I got was a real, honest assessment of what needed to be spruced up in order to command a top price for the unit.  He looked at the home through a buyer’s eye, something I needed and appreciated.  He then conducted an efficient, targeted search of the relevant comparables in my neighborhood and advised me to list my property for 20% higher than I originally intended to.  He then proceeded to personally take amazing photographs of my unit that really showed off the positive attributes of the home. He handled everything from start to finish.  He made me feel like I was his one and only client by responding quickly to any calls or emails and I was never left wondering what was going on.  The end result was that the condo sold quicker than I ever would have imagined, netting me an additional 20% return on the sale!  I would absolutely recommend Stavros to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
